Our Wagyu herd enjoys idyllic days grazing freely on rich, lush pastures together with legumes that improve the profile. Supplemental feed includes barley, wheat bran, rice straw along with access to clean, fresh spring water.

Our Wagyu herds and animals contain no added hormones or antibiotics ever. The cattle mature slowly, living longer to allow intricate fat to fully permeate the muscle instead of being rushed to hit a market weight. Expert stocksmen nurture the herd daily to promote health. With a stress-free upbringing and a customised, high-quality diet, our Wagyu cattle and the beef they produce is simply better by design.

The result is a taste profile that starts with the succulence of roasted meat accentuated with caramelised sugar overtones and buttery, earthy notes.
